With enthusiasm and energy, Johanna’s role is to help leaders and teams embark on their “LeaderGrit Journey” to grow their mindset for change.

Johanna helps leaders feel better, think better and act better.

Through coaching programs and workshops, Johanna is traveling this mindset for change journey with you, with an enjoyable, liberating and contre-intuitive approach. Her approach is notably grounded by 25 years of transformative business experiences around the world.

Johanna’s aim is to work as a dynamic network, hand in hand with organizations and their leaders, combining her experiences and beliefs with the perspectives of philosophers whose views are in resonance with hers.

Before starting her entrepreneurial journey, Johanna served for more than 16 years the internationalization of the Steel Industry where she held expert roles before becoming Chief Human Resources Officer and than Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining the Steel Industry, Johanna spent close to 10 years in advising roles at major consulting firms.

Academic experiences

To add reflection to her professional experiences, she embarked on a Doctoral Journey project. With the initial goal to learn how to transmit her experiences, Johanna is also counting on using theories to avoid being trapped by “fashion and trends” in her business approaches.

Other experiences

With 25 years of experience as a Basketball player, Johanna also learned about teamwork, deliberate efforts, tenacity and combativity. Johanna is also a Certified Master Coach, with a specialization in Team Coaching. She also practices regularly meditation.

As Johanna regularly claims, “parenthood has been the most wonderful journey of all, giving to my life a purpose, teaching me a lot about critical values like caring and sharing”.

These important learning experiences have all nurtured her professional career.
